My top 3 goals upon starting the 6-month program were health, building relationships, and movement. Tina has been able to help me work toward preparing recipes, providing alternative options while providing accountability and encouragement. Nutrition Cooking Classes
I have attended Ms Valdez classes and as a result I have a new outlook on my diet! She is well versed not only in sharing recent studies and peer reviewed information regarding plant based foods, but provided us with actual results through recipes that tasted great!. These classes have caused me to think about how I can change my eating habits by adding plant based foods that can supply the same nutrients but are also very tasty!
