My top 3 goals upon starting the 6-month program were health, building relationships, and movement. Tina has been able to help me work toward preparing recipes, providing alternative options while providing accountability and encouragement. Nutrition Cooking Classes
I have attended Ms Valdez classes and as a result I have a new outlook on my diet! She is well versed not only in sharing recent studies and peer reviewed information regarding plant based foods, but provided us with actual results through recipes that tasted great!. These classes have caused me to think about how I can change my eating habits by adding plant based foods that can supply the same nutrients but are also very tasty! Sourdough Bread Classes
I had a great experience at the sourdough bread class! Tina explained the process clearly and made it easy for beginners to understand fermentation, starter care, and shaping techniques. The class was hands-on, fun, and very well organized. I left feeling confident enough to bake sourdough at home, and the bread we made turned out delicious. Highly recommend this class for anyone interested in learning real sourdough baking! Also we were given a starter to take home so we can all continue baking!!! MJ

The instructions were clear, and Tina encouraged questions throughout the class, providing helpful explanations along the way. We also received information about products that can be used and an instruction sheet for making bread at home. It was my first time taking the class, and I really enjoyed it.
